Review answers, events and recordings

Use the assignment log and participant record to review the session in context.

Guide reviewed:

Open the assignment and participant

Use the assignment’s activity log for an overview, then open the relevant participant row. Check the identity, attempt and timestamps before comparing evidence.

Review the record

  1. Inspect the submitted answers and answer status. Some responses may still need manual marking.

  2. Review identification and the event timeline, including technical events such as connection loss or recovery.

  3. Open the available camera, screen and external-camera recordings. Availability depends on the configured channels and whether data was captured.

  4. Examine the AI report if present. An unavailable report is missing information, not a clean result or proof of misconduct.

  5. Apply the programme’s review procedure and record the authorised decision separately from the academic score.

Use context, not a single signal

Focus loss, background noise or a missing face can require review, but do not alone establish intent or a violation. Compare the relevant recording, chronology and any reported technical incident. TrustScore is not the exam grade.

Export and follow up

Use the documented Export control where your role permits it. Protect exported participant data using the organisation’s process. For disputes, follow the organiser’s appeal route and retain the relevant evidence according to the agreed policy.

Access, schedule or results

Contact your exam organiser using the details in your invitation. They handle assignment access and timing, grades, retakes, appeals and individual arrangements.

What to check before contacting them
What to include in a support message
  • Exam name and the step where the problem occurred.
  • The time and your time zone.
  • Exact error text, operating system, and browser or app version.
  • Checks already tried; an error screenshot without exam questions or unnecessary personal data.

Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents in an ordinary message. Use the exam’s designated identity-check step for documents.
