This policy covers the public website, its analytics and enquiries submitted through its forms or contact channels. It does not set the rules for examination recordings, identity checks or other participant data processed within the TrustExam platform. Those activities require the documents and arrangements applicable to the relevant examination programme.

2. Information you provide

Depending on the form, we receive your name, work email, telephone number, organisation, organisation type, country, estimated exam volume and any message or requirements you choose to send. We also receive the form’s privacy acknowledgement and subsequent correspondence. Required fields are marked on the form. Please do not include sensitive examination or participant information in a general website enquiry.

3. Visit and source information

Website hosting and analytics services process technical information about visits, such as page addresses, access times, browser and device information, referring websites and approximate location. Depending on the service, this can include an IP address and browser identifiers. When you submit an enquiry, it can include the landing-page path, referring hostname and UTM campaign parameters so we can understand where the enquiry came from.

4. How we use this information

We use enquiry information to respond, arrange a demonstration, clarify requirements, prepare a proposal and continue the related business discussion. We use technical and source information to operate and protect the website, troubleshoot problems and understand website performance and acquisition sources. We may also process information to meet applicable legal obligations or handle a claim. A demo or pricing request does not by itself subscribe you to a newsletter.

5. Website analytics and browser storage

The website uses Framer Analytics and Google Analytics. Framer states that its built-in analytics do not use cookies. Google Analytics may use cookies and related identifiers and receives information about website use. Our website also uses sessionStorage to retain language and enquiry-source information within a browser session. This storage is separate from information already submitted through a form. 6. Your browser choices

You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and website storage. Google also provides a browser add-on for opting out of Google Analytics. Blocking storage may affect language preferences and source attribution. The website has not implemented a dedicated response to browser Do Not Track signals. Browser controls do not delete an enquiry already received by our team; contact us separately for that request.

7. Services that receive information

We use Framer for the website and forms, Cloudflare for the enquiry-delivery integration, email services for correspondence, and a Telegram bot to deliver enquiry notifications to our team’s group. A notification may contain the contact and request details supplied in the form. Google receives website analytics information through Google Analytics. These providers process information under their applicable service and privacy terms. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. We do not sell or rent website enquiry contact lists.

8. International processing

Integrity Tech Inc. is a US company, and the services used for the website and enquiries may process information in other countries. Website enquiry data is not covered by a promise of storage in your country. A storage location agreed for a customer’s examination deployment does not automatically apply to the public website, email or Telegram notifications. Contact us to discuss a suitable channel before sending information subject to a specific location requirement.

9. Retention

A fixed retention period for website enquiries has not yet been established. Enquiries may remain in form records, email and Telegram until they are deleted; we do not currently promise automatic deletion after a set number of days or months. To request deletion or ask about a particular enquiry, contact info@trustexam.ai. Any information that must be retained under applicable law will be handled subject to that requirement. This statement concerns website enquiries, not retention of examination data.

10. Requests about your information

Contact info@trustexam.ai to request access to, correction or deletion of information connected with your enquiry, or to ask us to stop follow-up communications. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent or a complaint to a relevant authority. We may need information to verify your request. We handle requests subject to applicable rights, deadlines and lawful exceptions; withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

11. Security and information about children

We take reasonable precautions to protect information, but internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. The public website’s commercial enquiry forms are intended for representatives of organisations. Do not submit children’s personal data through these forms. If a child’s information has been submitted, contact us so the situation can be reviewed. Processing for an examination involving minors must be addressed separately with the organiser.
