Can we run HSE knowledge checks every day?
You can organise frequent sessions for different groups when appropriate to the programme. Agree scheduling, capacity, question coverage and reviewer availability. Choose the frequency for each role; a daily organisational schedule is not a requirement for every employee to take a daily exam.
Can employees and contractors take different exams?
Prepare the appropriate questions, exams and participant groups for each role. Validate assignment, access and attempt rules before rollout.
Does the platform certify compliance with industrial regulations?
Using the platform does not establish regulatory compliance or accreditation. The responsible organisation must confirm whether the assessment method meets the requirements of its programme.
What if cameras or personal devices are restricted on site?
Discuss the actual restrictions before selecting a configuration. Check the permitted equipment and delivery location; do not assume every monitoring mode is suitable for every site.
