I cannot log in or find my exam

Check your invitation, credentials, access window and the “User Not Exists” error.

Guide reviewed:

Use the correct starting point

If your organisation uses an LMS, begin from that system and its exam link. For an exam assigned directly in TrustExam, the general guide uses app.trustexam.ai and credentials supplied by the organiser. A new unrelated account will not restore an existing invitation.

Check these details

  1. Confirm the scheduled date, time zone and access period in the invitation.

  2. Enter the assigned login exactly, without extra spaces. Use the email, phone or identifier specified for your programme.

  3. After signing in, open Assignments and look for the correct exam.

  4. If an invitation code is rejected, ask the organiser to check its expiry, remaining activations and whether it is assigned to you.

“User Not Exists” or no assignment

For some programmes, accounts activate when testing starts. During the active testing window, the organiser should verify that your participant record and group membership are correct. The same message can have different causes; it does not by itself prove that your account was deleted.

If access is still missing

Contact the organisation that invited you. Give the exam name, scheduled time and exact error. Use the designated support channel for any identity details requested to verify your record. Do not send a password or a private invitation link through a general enquiry.

Access, schedule or results

Contact your exam organiser using the details in your invitation. They handle assignment access and timing, grades, retakes, appeals and individual arrangements.

What to check before contacting them
What to include in a support message
  • Exam name and the step where the problem occurred.
  • The time and your time zone.
  • Exact error text, operating system, and browser or app version.
  • Checks already tried; an error screenshot without exam questions or unnecessary personal data.

Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents in an ordinary message. Use the exam’s designated identity-check step for documents.
