1. Operator and scope

TrustExam.ai is operated by Integrity Tech Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, United States, with the address 320 High St, Palo Alto, CA 94301, USA. These terms cover the public TrustExam.ai website, its information and enquiry forms. Use of the examination platform, delivery of assessments, subscriptions and processing of participant data are subject to the separate terms and agreements applicable to that service. These website terms do not replace a signed customer agreement.

2. Using the website

You may use the website to learn about TrustExam, evaluate the service and contact our team. Do not use it for unlawful activity, impersonation, spam, malware distribution or unauthorised access. Do not disrupt the website or attempt to access another person’s information. If you act for an organisation, you must be authorised to submit its information.

3. Enquiries and demonstrations

Submitting a demo, pricing or contact form sends an enquiry to our team. It does not automatically book a meeting, create a paid subscription or conclude a service agreement. Prices, payment terms, implementation scope, support and any pilot are agreed separately. Please provide accurate contact details and only information needed to discuss your request.

4. Product information

Website descriptions explain possible uses of TrustExam. The functions available in a particular deployment depend on the agreed configuration, delivery mode, supported devices and integrations. An integrity signal is information for review; it does not by itself establish an exam violation. The examination organiser remains responsible for its rules and authorised decisions. The website does not promise detection or prevention of every form of cheating.

5. Website materials

Rights in the website’s original materials belong to Integrity Tech Inc. or the relevant rights holders. You may view the materials and share links to them. Copying, modifying or republishing protected materials requires permission unless applicable law permits it. Third-party names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Information you send

You retain rights in the materials you send to us. By submitting an enquiry, you allow us to use its contents to receive, assess and respond to that enquiry, as described in the Website Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, examination recordings or participant lists through the website’s general enquiry forms. Agree an appropriate channel with our team if such information is needed for a service.

7. External websites

The website may link to third-party resources. Their content, availability and rules are controlled by their operators. A link does not create a guarantee or endorsement of all content on that resource. Review the relevant terms and privacy information when leaving our website.

8. Availability and accuracy

We may update website materials or interrupt website access for maintenance or other operational reasons. To the extent permitted by law, public website information is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every use. Service commitments agreed in a separate contract are governed by that contract.

9. Responsibility

Each party remains responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights. These website terms do not establish liability limits, refund rules or service levels for a separately purchased TrustExam service.

10. Privacy and updates

Our Website Privacy Policy explains the handling of website visits and enquiries. We may update these website terms by publishing a revised version and date on this page. Changes to a separate customer agreement follow the procedure set out in that agreement.

11. Applicable law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to you. They do not change the governing law or dispute resolution provisions of a separate agreement with a customer.

12. Contact

For questions about these website terms, contact Integrity Tech Inc. at info@trustexam.ai or 320 High St, Palo Alto, CA 94301, USA.
