Results, retakes, certificates and appeals

Find out who controls result release and what to report if a certificate is missing.

Guide reviewed:

Results are configured by the organiser

After submission, an assignment may show results, answers, or neither. The organiser chooses what participants can see and when. An empty results screen does not by itself mean the attempt failed.

Another attempt

Start a new attempt only if that option is available and your exam rules allow it. Attempt limits are part of the assignment settings; technical support cannot promise a retake without the organiser’s decision.

A certificate is missing or will not download

Check that you completed the intended assignment. Certificate issuance can depend on completion conditions configured by the organiser. If the link is absent, incorrect or opens an error, use the in-platform chat or designated support contact. Provide your name, exam name, login contact and a description of the problem through that authorised channel.

Grades and appeals

Ask the organisation that ran the exam about result release, grading corrections and the appeal process. TrustScore and automated event signals support review; they are not the academic grade or a final finding of misconduct.

What helps the review

Give the exam date, assignment name and the specific result or technical issue you are asking about. Keep credentials, identity documents and exam answers out of general contact forms.

Access, schedule or results

Contact your exam organiser using the details in your invitation. They handle assignment access and timing, grades, retakes, appeals and individual arrangements.

What to check before contacting them
What to include in a support message
  • Exam name and the step where the problem occurred.
  • The time and your time zone.
  • Exact error text, operating system, and browser or app version.
  • Checks already tried; an error screenshot without exam questions or unnecessary personal data.

Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents in an ordinary message. Use the exam’s designated identity-check step for documents.
