TrustExam is exhibiting at ADIPEC 2026, taking place on 2–5 November at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. Our focus is a practical challenge for oil and gas companies: how to check HSE knowledge regularly across employees, contractors and locations, while establishing who completed each assessment and how.
For an HSE manager, a useful result needs to show where a person needs further training. For a large operation, the same process must also work across shifts and sites. TrustExam brings online assessment, biometric identity verification and proctoring together to support that work.
Make frequent knowledge checks part of the operation
HSE covers health, safety and environment. Procedures in these areas need to remain familiar between formal training events. A focused check after onboarding, a change in instructions or a refresher course can help teams find misunderstandings while there is time to address them.
TrustExam lets organisations run online sessions for different groups and locations, including daily sessions where the programme requires them. The organisation chooses the frequency and scope for each role. Employees can take an assessment remotely in an approved setting, reducing the need to gather every group at one examination centre.
Find the gap, then check the learning
For oil and gas teams, a programme could cover site induction, permit-to-work procedures, energy isolation or confined-space entry. These are examples of topics an employer can assess using its own approved questions and procedures.
The workflow is straightforward: assess the relevant knowledge, review missed questions, provide focused training and reassess. This gives the training owner a way to investigate specific gaps and check progress, rather than relying only on a final pass mark. Practical competence and authorisation to work remain part of the employer’s wider safety process.
Connect each result to the person taking the assessment
A knowledge score is useful when the organisation can trust the assessment process. Biometric identity checks help confirm that the assigned employee is taking the test. AI proctoring identifies events for review, with session recordings and other evidence available according to the selected configuration.
Knowledge results and assessment integrity can then be considered together. A flagged event needs context and review; it is not automatically a confirmed violation. Exam rules, review responsibilities and the response to a disputed result should be defined before the programme begins.
Experience that can inform the next deployment
In our published energy-sector HSE case, the TrustExam team reports approximately 50,000 assessments delivered through the platform. That figure counts assessment attempts, rather than unique workers. It gives visitors a concrete starting point for discussing scale, repeat testing and the review process.
Companies can use the TrustExam assessment platform or discuss integration through our API and SDK with an existing learning or examination system. For organisations with infrastructure requirements, on-premise deployment and data-location options can be scoped around the project.

Meet TrustExam in Abu Dhabi
At ADIPEC, we invite HSE, learning and development, operations and digital transformation teams to discuss a real assessment scenario. Bring a role or procedure you need to assess, the expected volume and your existing training workflow. We can explore how to organise testing, identity checks and the use of results in follow-up training.
Arrange a meeting with TrustExam and mention ADIPEC in your enquiry. You can also explore our HSE assessment approach before the conversation.
