Start with your exam workflow
Describe where exams take place, who prepares tasks, how participants gain access and who reviews results. This determines the required features and interface changes.
Run TrustExam in your organisation’s infrastructure with an interface and workflow adapted to your programme. Agree where data is held, how the platform connects to existing systems and who operates each part of the deployment.

Document requirements for data location, access, retention and exchange with existing systems. Agree the technical workflow for each connection and validate it in practice.

Documented responsibilities
Follow a participant from exam access to result review. Record the configuration, exceptions and acceptance criteria during the pilot. The interface and feature set of an on-premise deployment may differ from the cloud workspace.
Explore the details before your demo. If your question is not here, talk it through with our team.
Talk to the teamThe interface and feature set may differ. The scope of the specific deployment is documented during project planning.
Concurrent participant numbers, exam duration, delivery modes, recording and retention requirements, required integrations and infrastructure constraints.
TrustExam has its own SDK for integration with external systems. The required data exchange, authentication and result workflow need to be scoped and tested for your system. A specific LMS connector is not assumed to be ready.
Deployment location is one part of the requirements. Your organisation still needs to assess the agreed processing, access, retention and contractual arrangements for its jurisdiction. Retention periods are set in the contract.
Network dependencies must be assessed for the proposed configuration. Offline operation or an isolated network should be treated as a project requirement to validate, not a default capability.
